When you arrive, our representative will greet you right at the aircraft door. They are trained to work with high-profile clients, including diplomats and royalty. You’ll be guided through passport control, immigration, and security checks—quickly and smoothly.
We’ll also carry your bags and help retrieve them at the baggage belt. A dedicated porter will assist you throughout. Once you’re ready, your private chauffeur will drive you to your hotel or desired destination in style and comfort. We can even assist you with your hotel check-in.
Note: Our Luxury Buggy (Golf Cart) is available in Terminals 2, 3, and 4. Unfortunately, this service is not available in Terminal 5.
Departure Meet and Assist Service
On departure, our representative can meet you at any UK address to start your journey stress-free. When you arrive at the airport, we’ll escort you to the check-in desk. A porter will handle your luggage.
From there, our team will take care of baggage check-in and airport formalities. You’ll be escorted through security checks and guided to the aircraft. We’ll hand you over to the airline staff, ensuring a smooth boarding experience.
Note: Our Luxury Buggy (Golf Cart) is available in Terminals 2, 3, and 4, but not in Terminal 5.
